About the role

You will serve as a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Support Equipment (SE) Department, PEO(A & UAS) Peculiar SE (PSE) Division, P-8/C-130/E-130 PSE Branch supporting the E-130J PSE Team of the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Lakehurst, NJ. The Branch performs cradle-to-grave design, development, acquisition, and sustainment support of E-130J Support Equipment. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Leading the planning, coordination, direction, evaluation and implementation of life-cycle logistics support for a major weapon system or subsystem, 2) Interpreting laws, regulations and policies to provide expert guidance related to the acquisition and sustainment of logistics products, 3) Tracking and analyzing data to detect trends and/or causes for declining performance, 4) Developing and implementing corrective actions, program enhancements, new processes and policy changes to resolve logistics issues, 5) Coordinating and reviewing the work of other personnel assigned to team, project, or program, 6) Identifying specific requirements (such as funding, manpower, material, facilities, and/or services) needed to provide required support in accordance with program goals for cost, schedule and performance.
