Responsibilities

  • Lead your territory : Develop new business and maintain existing accounts to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Engage with key stakeholders : Build trust with hospital pharmacy teams, clinicians, and nurse unit managers.
  • Educate and empower : Provide in-servicing and product knowledge for Baxter Infusor/Intermate devices.
  • Collaborate for success : Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Key Account Managers to implement growth strategies.
  • Stay connected : Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver timely reporting.
  • Represent Baxter : Attend industry conferences, tradeshows, and special interest group meetings.

Requirements

  • Experience : 1-3 years prior experience within Commercial / Sales / Account management experience is desirable
  • Skills : Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills; proven ability to manage complex tenders and present technical information confidently
  • Knowledge : Familiarity with key account management principles, value-added selling techniques, and healthcare environments
  • Tech Proficient : Demonstrate strong capability in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred)
  • Education : Tertiary qualifications in Health Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Medical Science, Management or related fields.
