The higher end of range will apply to seasoned candidates with considerable years of relevant experience. -- PATH is seeking candidates passionate about helping others make a positive change in their lives to join our Orange County Team as the CES Program Manager. ABOUT PATH Since its foundation in 1984, PATH (People Assisting the Homeless) has pioneered bold and effective approaches to assist people experiencing homelessness. PATH operates services throughout California, connecting our clients to a comprehensive continuum of homelessness prevention, street outreach, employment preparation and placement assistance, individualized case management, supportive services, interim housing, and permanent supportive housing. ABOUT THE CES PROGRAM MANAGER As part of the Orange County Team, the CES Program Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day CES operations, providing support and management to the CES Administrators. The Program Manager will oversee the CES infrastructure, HMIS data standards, and stakeholder engagement for Orange County homeless system of care services, ensuring compliance with HUD. Position Responsibilities include: Lead collaborative coordination with the CES Lead Agency, HMIS Participating Agencies & Housing and Service Providers across Orange County. Maintain and develop HUD and CES-compliant Assessment and Prioritization schema, CES Policies and Procedures. Oversee monthly CES Administration reporting & presentation of performance dashboards to county/stakeholder meetings. Develop training, technical assistance, and evaluation mechanisms for CES that measure and improve CES effectiveness and efficiency. Provide leadership to the multidisciplinary teams, ensuring continuity of care and services between PATH agency resources and partnering agencies. Create and work within a team environment to ensure staff are knowledgeable and familiar with contract expectations, case management, and supervisorial expectations, and ensure staff deliver high-quality care. Ensure that services emphasize Housing First, trauma-informed care, client safety, and harm reduction interventions. Be available to respond to emergency calls and situations as required by the contract and organization. Lead the implementation of population-specific (Individual or Family and Survivor) components of the Coordinated Entry System (CES).
