Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts (PPLM) is the state's leading provider of sexual and reproductive health care, nationally recognized for education and research. We operate four health centers and offer telehealth statewide as part of a network of 600 Planned Parenthood affiliates nationwide.

Responsibilities

• You will provide valuable oversight in clinic operations, provide APC mentorship, and deliver life-changing healthcare services in a highly supportive environment at the state's leading provider of sexual and reproductive health care.
• You will also be responsible for providing mentorship, coaching, and supervision for a team of highly dedicated APCs at our Metrowest Massachusetts location as well as our Float APCs.
• Lead APCs at PPLM are critical team members who help shape our clinical environments and foster a strong sense of teamwork and excellence, while adhering to PPLM, state, and federal protocols including OSHA, CLIA, and MA Department of Public Health regulations

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate degree and current Massachusetts licensure as NP, CNM, or PA; CPR certified
• 3 years of management experience preferred
• Proficiency in Spanish, Haitian Creole, or Brazilian Portuguese is highly preferred
• A strong commitment to providing the full range of sexual and reproductive health care is essential; prior experience is welcomed but not required
• Strong interpersonal skills; commitment to health equity and an ability to work with diverse populations
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; ability to stay active throughout shifts
