Onsite presence may occasionally increase based on business needs.Office Location: 1301 South Lamar Boulevard, Austin, TX 78704DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESUphold standards of behavior as defined by the company Core Values, Code of Conduct and Operational GuidelinesTier 1 People Support: Triage, resolve, document, and escalate teammate issues as neededI‑9 Auditing & Monitoring: Conduct regular audits of I‑9 forms, ensure accuracy and completeness, track reverifications, and maintain full compliance with federal requirementsE‑Verify Maintenance: Initiate and monitor E‑Verify cases, resolve tentative non‑confirmations, and ensure timely case closureOnboarding & Sideboarding: Prepare system access, coordinate tasks, and ensure a smooth experience for new hires and internal transfersOffboarding & Terminations: Process terminations, remove access, and ensure accurate final updates in all systemsTeammate Data Changes: Process name changes, photo updates, job changes, verifications of employment, and HRIS updates with precisionPassword Reset Support: Assist teammates with account access issues following security protocolsDocumentation & Compliance: Maintain digital files, ensure data accuracy, and uphold confidentiality standardsProcess Documentation: Create and maintain SOPs, workflow guides, and knowledge‑base contentSupport Daily Office Operations: including supply management, mail handling, workspace readiness, and general office upkeepCoordinate Logistics: with building management, maintenance teams, and office service vendors to ensure a safe, functional, and welcoming environmentGeneral People Support: Partner with the People Team on recurring tasks, special projects, and department-wide operational needsService Level Excellence: Meet or exceed SLAs for case resolution, onboarding tasks, and compliance deadlines.Performs other duties and tasks, as requiredHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceFlexible schedulePerformance bonus

Compensation Range: $22.00 - $25.00 Plus Incentive Bonus based on Performance Location: 1301 S Lamar Blvd , Austin, Texas, 78704 The People Operations & Office Coordinator provides first‑line People support across the full teammate lifecycle, and ensures smooth day-to-day office operations. This role manages high‑volume teammate inquiries, resolves Tier 1 help cases, completes I‑9 and E‑Verify processing, performs password resets, and maintains accurate teammate data for onboarding, sideboarding, and terminations. In addition, the coordinator supports office logistics, vendor coordination, and supply management. The coordinator ensures timely, accurate, and customer‑focused service while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance standards.
