Senior Executive, Raffles International Patients Centre

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing referral and facilitating services to increase flow of international patients
• Attend to international and other patients to facilitate arrangements and ensure that they have a comfortable and pleasant experience in Raffles Hospital
• Provide concierge services that are seamless, helpful and add value to patients and clients, and facilitates linkages through the care continuum
• Maintain a database on international patients to facilitate personalised service and profiling of international patients
• Update concierge menu which consist of a suite of services available for the benefit of the patients
• Manage and handle medical evacuation referrals
• Submit regular reports and ad hoc reports as needed
• Handle general enquiries and respond to customer feedback
• Assist with induction and training of staff

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Possess excellent organisation and execution skills
• Passion for healthcare sector

The aim is to provide highly customised concierge services to these esteemed patients and their families and ensure a comfortable and well co-ordinated visit or stay with us.
