Successful applicants will have an excellent research record, be able to teach in a range of courses, and will complement the core areas of strength in one or more of the schools listed above and/or push the frontiers to new research areas. We are particularly interested in applicants that enhance/expand the range of research in the Faculty and build connections between our research strength areas. You will contribute to curriculum development and delivery at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels and contribute to leadership of the School/Faculty. The Faculty of Engineering is seeking Academics at Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, and Associate Professor (Level B-D) who can demonstrate: a PhD in a relevant field. Applicants who have submitted their PhD for examination or will do so in the immediate future can be considered a strong track record in research appropriate to the discipline and level of appointment (relative to opportunity and taking career disruptions into account) ability to teach, engage, and support the learning of students using innovative and modern pedagogies outstanding communication skills and collegiality high-level problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex issues as they arise.
