We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team on a 3-month contract. ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT (3-Month Contract) Job Responsibilities: - - Handle and process payments efficiently and accurately - Prepare monthly bank reconciliations - Assist in month-end closing activities and management reporting. - Manage company's full set of accounts independently. - Year-end reconciliation, prepare schedules and quarterly GST returns. - Provide administrative and accounting support to the Accounts Department. - Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate superior. Requirements: - - Diploma / LCCI / CAT or equivalent qualification. - At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience. - Fresh Diploma graduates are welcome to apply. - Proficiency in ACCPAC Accounting Software will be an added advantage. - Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
