- Experience supporting engineered-to-order, industrial manufacturing, or custom product operations preferred
- Experience in commercial HVAC, industrial manufacturing, or engineered products
- Knowledge of capital investment analysis and operational performance metrics
- Experience working in a Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement environment
- SAP ERP experience preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with financial reporting tools, dashboards, and operational analytics
- Manufacturing cost accounting and variance analysis
