Marketing Coordinator (Community Programmes)

Responsibilities

• Curate and manage communication materials, including posters and announcements for the company intranet and social media platforms.
• Facilitate the recruitment, administration, and mobilisation of Community Emergency volunteers.
• Drive community outreach initiatives to enhance resident engagement through Emergency Preparedness programmes and strategic corporate partnerships.
• Collaborate with community partners to promote Emergency Preparedness initiatives and strengthen community resilience.
• Support Community Emergency Committees in planning and executing activities and programmes.
• Oversee administrative and clerical functions, including data collation, report preparation, and timely submission of documentation and statements.

Requirements

• Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of Marketing and Programme Management experience.
• Experience within the public sector is a plus.
• Singaporeans only.

Additional Information

Salary up to $4,500 per month + Completion bonus (1-month) Lavender MRT Mon - Fri, office hours 1-year contract
