Responsibilities

  • Performance Monitoring & Analytics: Assist in tracking daily and weekly performance of delivery partners
  • Monitor key KPIs including on-time delivery, failed deliveries, SLA compliance

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field

Requirements

  • Deep analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good familiarity with analytical tools (e.g. SQL, Python)
  • Must-have deep experience with excel skills with capability of building up excel dashboards
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn
