Join our team and be part of innovative solutions that drive positive change in the transportation industry. 1.Complete the technical communication with design institute and the construction side of new railway project in the early stage, formulate the application proposal of target fastening system based on track condition, and independently complete the design work of interface for the target fastener and rail seat and design interface as well as its relevant components.Participate in and support the completion of optimization design and the formulation of technical specification, provide constructive comments for the design and related specification of material performance and its parameters. 30% 2.Assist to complete the assigned task for technical support of ongoing projects under construction. Know well the performance and parameters of each type of fastening system, its installation, maintenance, and each step involved in the slab track construction. And put forward reasonable solution to problem on site.Follow and revisit the application of fastening system in operated lines, finish the report of long-term investigation, and analyze and summarize the long-term accumulated data. Meanwhile, the solution to each problem in service shall be put forward.Dynamic follow-up and update of project working documents (HSR, UTS) 30% 3.Assis to complete technical specification according to customer technical specifications, industry standard and internal current technical spec.Complete the option and analysis of application materials, and provide practical reasonable suggestion for the development and optimization of required fastening system.preparation of the technical part of the bidding documents, including technical conditions, drawings, test reports, technical service schemes, installation manuals, etc. 20% 4.Edit and finalize technical documents according to requirements of supervisor and manage all versions in accordance with product/project.Issuance and management of drawings。 Sort and distribute each drawing, and timely update.Archive and distribute files of test reports and original data。 Assist to manage the test sample including mark, taking photos and distribution.Learn operation of system assembly test and its standard and finally support for test.Based on assignment, do the regular coordination for check and calibration of system test equipment 、auxiliary equipment and tooling.Prepare for relevant document for quality system audit. Regularly do the EHS check of office and test lab.Be responsible for English document translation and support daily communication translation.20% Job requirements: 1. Railway Engineering or Transportation Engineering Railway Direction Major, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering Major 2. 1-2 years of relevant experience, accepting fresh graduate students 3. Fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking (with a score of CET-6 or equivalent IELTS) 4. Able to understand CAD, proficient in operating CAD (better), proficient in using office software such as Word and Excel 5. Basic project management knowledge, able to accept appropriate business trips 6.
