Requirements
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud architectures in technical domains (e.g., Generative and Agentic AI, Developer Tools)
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs

AWS needs operators who can connect the dots across launches, campaigns, events, and measurement - ensuring our product marketing teams focus on what they do best while the engine beneath them runs flawlessly. In this role, you'll serve as the operational connective tissue between product marketing and key partner marketing teams including demand generation, account-based marketing, content studio, events, and launch operations. We're looking for a unique blend of program manager and marketing operator - someone who can orchestrate launches, coordinate field enablement, manage analyst engagement, and build the measurement mechanisms that prove marketing impact. You'll partner with Product Marketing Managers, Campaign Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure every launch lands on time, every campaign is resourced, and every result is measured.
