About the position: This position is a RFT (full-time) Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) position assigned to the Ft Eustis Aquatics Center on Joint Base Langley-Eustis VA - Ft Eustis location. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: A 4 year business degree from an accredited college is highly desirable. Subject to satisfactory completion of pre-employment checks and must be able to satisfactorily complete a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI). Demonstrated experience in planning and executing aquatic programs. This experience may have been gained managing indoor or outdoor aquatic programs and facilities. Required experience must have been equivalent to the next lower grade level and has served in a leadership role in an aquatic venue. Must have the following certificates at the time or appointment; Lifeguard Instructor Certification (including CPR, AED and First Aid). Must have Water Safety Instructor certification. Must have experience with operating and maintaining the Daktronics competition system.
