For more information, please visit www.fwd.com PURPOSE The Group Platforms team is responsible for identifying, designing, defining, and managing digital product platforms and technologies to fulfil business objectives. The Group Platforms team operates across FWD Group to: I. Collaborate with functions to drive the design conceptualisation and development of new business platforms, provide digital product platform management and distribution partner digital solutions. II. Evolve digital product platform development roadmaps and collaborate on solution design to achieve optimal business outcomes. KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES Detailed job responsibilities are to support the digital platform design phases to support the requirement of the platform development: Design & Requirements: Provide user experience solutions and wireframes for platforms (across web and native applications) that could cover both distribution or consumer facing initiatives Engage and communicate with internal stakeholders in Group and local BU to share and update design progress, be able to explain the rationale behind the design decisions made where requested. Evaluate user research activities to inform their UX and UI decisions and assets for platform ideation Liaise effectively with product managers and developers to align suitable UX/UI application Provide ongoing UX/UI support for initiatives as external and internal requirements arise. Ensure platforms are designed to achieve customer success metrics in line with the business objectives Partner with direct manager, product managers, developers to support and guide requirement refinements. Ability to manage multiple platforms at the same time Development Support the design aspects of the platform roadmap and delivery timelines alongside target business goals. Operations Support the maintenance and growth of platform(s) through structured feedback-loop design thinking cycles, ensuring effective prioritisation of design enhancements aligned with best-in-class practices consistent with company vision and business goals. Financial Support the attainment of key financial metrics related to the application platform(s), including through design analysis and iterations.
