About the role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-orientated Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have fabrication and fitting experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. A strong ability to interpret drawings, perform precision fit-ups and execute layout and burn operations to high-quality standards. Selected candidates must qualify in the Flux Core process of 2/3/4G and 5F positions. 2/3G GTAW and GMAW positions. Preferred 3 years of welding/fitting experience in like industry. Ability to read a tape measure. Proficient in blueprint reading specifically related to welding joints & symbols. Ability to use a fillet gauge. Understand material grades (i.e. pipe, plate, bar, fittings & P-No.). Knowledge of interpass/temp/heat input. Understand and adhere to Weld Procedures (EMITP). Our base pay ranges are set based on the function, discipline, level and regional location and are benchmarked against companies in the same or similar industry. Final offers may vary based on multiple factors including education, depth and relevance of work experience, relevant licenses and certifications, and may vary from the amounts listed in the job posting.
