Responsibilities

  • Positioning & Messaging: Define and communicate SEEK's B2B value propositions, turning SEEK's pricing, packaging and revenue generating products into clear, differentiated narratives-grounded in customer and market insight and aligned to our brand strategy.

  • Commercial Influence: Combine strong commercial acumen with communications expertise to champion a user-first lens, partnering with Product and Commercial teams to shape how solutions are packaged, positioned, and communicated.
  • Cross‑Functional Leadership: Align and inspire teams and senior teadership across the business to execute launches and tell our product story with consistency and impact.
  • Performance & Optimisation: Define and track success metrics for launches, using data and feedback to refine strategies and maximise impact.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Marketing Managers to deliver exceptional work across SEEK's B2B portfolio.
  • Experience & Leadership
  • 8+ years in B2B Marketing, Product Marketing, or Product , ideally with regional or multi‑market scope.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive strategic alignment across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Commercial & Strategic Expertise
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of market dynamics, buyer behaviour, and monetisation levers .
  • Experienced in shaping pricing, packaging, and portfolio communication strategies .

The Senior Product Marketing Manager - Monetisation & Growth (APAC) will define and drive how SEEK's monetisation and commercial solutions come to life for hirers across Asia Pacific. Acting as the strategic bridge between Product, Strategy, Commercial , Sales and Marketing , you'll turn complex concepts into clear, compelling customer value propositions that connect SEEK's products to real business impact. You'll translate product intent into high-impact narratives and go-to-market strategies, enabling cross-functional teams to deliver SEEK's story with clarity, consistency, and confidence-ensuring SEEK's products land powerfully in market and accelerate commercial growth across the region .
