- Cross‑Functional Leadership: Align and inspire teams and senior teadership across the business to execute launches and tell our product story with consistency and impact.
- Performance & Optimisation: Define and track success metrics for launches, using data and feedback to refine strategies and maximise impact.
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Marketing Managers to deliver exceptional work across SEEK's B2B portfolio.
- Experience & Leadership
- 8+ years in B2B Marketing, Product Marketing, or Product , ideally with regional or multi‑market scope.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive strategic alignment across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Commercial & Strategic Expertise
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of market dynamics, buyer behaviour, and monetisation levers .
- Experienced in shaping pricing, packaging, and portfolio communication strategies .
