Responsibilities

• Business Analysis & Requirements Management
• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation activities
• Translate business needs into functional and solution requirements
• Drive process analysis and future-state process design
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders
• Develop and maintain business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications
• Ensure traceability between business objectives, requirements, and implemented solutions
• Identify risks, dependencies, and process gaps
• Support solution design activities within ERP initiatives
• Collaborate with architects, developers, business stakeholders, and vendors
• Support decision-making through analysis and documentation
• Cross-Program Business Analysis Coordination
• Coordinate Business Analysts across ERP, WMS, and TMS programs
• Establish common business analysis methodologies and governance models
• Define and maintain shared templates, standards, and best practices
• Ensure consistency across requirements, processes, and solution designs
• Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing between analyst teams
• Support long-term business analysis capability development
• Align cross-program dependencies and integration requirements
• Promote a unified end-to-end business process perspective

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in large ERP transformation programs
• Strong background in requirements management and complex business analysis
• Experience working with enterprise-wide ERP implementations
• Expertise in business process analysis and process design
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working across multiple business functions and technology teams
• Ability to manage complex dependencies and integration requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Ability to bridge business and technology perspectives
• Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English
