Senior ChildCare Teacher with Leadership

Responsibilities

• Guide teachers in the holistic development of children
• Ensure positive staff morale and a safe and conducive environment that best benefits the children
• Manage and maintain good relationships with parents, partners and govermental agencies
• Familiar with ECDA licensing requirements, health and safety regulations etc.
• Oversee curriculum and raise the standard and performance of the centre
• Prepare administrative documents and support the centre as required by the management

Requirements

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education with Leadership (DECCE-T and DECCE-L)
• At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a childcare setting
• Possess excellent leadership qualities and management skills
• Is a teamplayer with effective communication and personal skills
• 5.5 day work week
