This position's primary purpose is to oversee the Lobby Greeters. This position is responsible for training, scheduling, and monitoring Team Member performance. Lobby Supervisor's main goal is to ensure that each guest has a memorable stay from the point of arrival to the point of departure while providing support to the front-line Team Members. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Coordinates Training for Greeters - Schedule Greeters - Approve time off - Oversee curbside greeting process - Monitor Team Member performance and conduct coaching and feedback sessions Facilitate monthly 1 on 1's for Team Members within department Partner with Operations and monitor occupancy forecast to ensure seamless guest arrival and departure experience. Supervise and report back to the Director of Concierge regarding the Greeters who are responsible for the following: Responsible for being in the lobby greeting families. Interacting with guests. Giving exceptional customer service. Greet all guests as they arrive to check into resort. Ensure guests are directed to appropriate desk and/or areas as needed. Assist other departments as needed. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversees Inhouse Greeters that may work in a variety of locations throughout the resort To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance. REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS None required.
