Responsibilities

  • Negotiate settlements and represent clients in hearings.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals and other stakeholders to support clients' cases.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Active membership in the California State Bar
  • 1-2 years of experience representing applicants in workers' compensation cases preferred
  • Strong advocacy and interpersonal skills
  • Salary: $80,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year
  • Note: This position is open to all licensed California attorneys, regardless of location within the state.
