The Quality Inspector ensures that all manufactured plastic sheet and roll products meet customer specifications and Grimco's internal quality standards. This role performs in-process and final inspections, uses precision measuring tools, verifies color and surface properties, completes work-order documentation, and partners closely with production to maintain consistent quality throughout each run. Important: This is a hands-on manufacturing quality position located on the production floor. It is not a laboratory, pharmaceutical, engineering, product development, or scientific research role. Successful candidates typically come from manufacturing, production, quality inspection, machine operation, printing, plastics, converting, industrial operations, or warehouse environments. Schedule & Compensation Monday through Friday, 10pm to 6:30 am Pay Range: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour (based on experience) Shift Differential: Additional $1.50 per hour on top of base rate
