Distribution Centre Team Member (Inventory Control)

About the role

As an Inventory Team Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of our inventory operations. This position is responsible for managing stock levels, conducting regular inventory checks, and ensuring data accuracy across inventory systems. We are seeking experienced candidates with a solid background in inventory control processes within warehouse environments to join our Distribution Centre team. The successful candidate will demonstrate reliability, flexibility to work shifts between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and a strong work ethic in a team-focused environment. Your Skills, Experience, and Attributes: Experience working in a warehouse environment, with direct experience in inventory control processes Certificate III in Warehousing and Forklift licence (Preferred) Experience working with WMS software, scanners, and other logistics technologies, supported by strong computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook) Sound understanding of WH&S and safe work practices. Highly motivated and able to work independently without direct supervision. Accountable, and able to work independently with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Customer-focused, ensuring all orders and enquiries are handled to a high standard and within established guidelines. A collaborative team player who works safely and understands the importance of individual contribution to overall company success. Working collaboratively with warehouse operations, procurement, customer service, and brand management teams, you will bring strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to safety and compliance in all aspects of the role.
