Media Advertising Operations Senior Associate

Requirements

• Performance Expertise: 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, specializing in performance-driven campaigns focusing on Lead Generation and ROAS optimization.
• Core Biddable Platforms: Expert command of digital media platforms, specifically Google Ads (mandatory), Meta Ads, DV360, TikTok, and Pinterest Ads.
• Ad Tech & Verification: Practical experience implementing and monitoring campaigns using tracking and brand safety tools like IAS, Double Verify, and Campaign Manager.
• Client Fronting & Communication: Strong verbal skills to lead client meetings, present reports/optimizations, and collaborate effectively with planning teams.
• Professional Foundation: Degree in Advertising/Marketing, Intermediate-to-Advanced English, and advanced mastery of Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis.
