About the role

As a Brand Manager, you will lead your portfolio end-to-end-owning strategy execution, in-market performance, and activation across ANZ. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager (Cluster Category Lead), you will play a pivotal role in delivering brand growth and shaping how our brands show up with consumers.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end brand management - from execution of global and OU strategies through to local activation

Requirements

  • Experience in FMCG or consumer healthcare marketing (approx. 3-5 years)
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and drive brand performance
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into high-quality execution in-market
  • Collaborative mindset, with experience working in a matrix environment
  • Strong capability across digital and social channels, including planning and executing integrated campaigns, optimising performance, and leveraging data-driven insights to drive engagement and growth
