We are now recruiting a core member for the Marketing Planning Group, the heart of our Marketing Department, to co-create and drive the overall growth strategy for the business. This position expects you to be more than just an executor of tactics. You will consistently lead the entire process-from planning the overall strategy alongside the Marketing Lead, to execution, and to verifying effectiveness-to shape Rakuma's future. Position Details As the Business Strategy Promotion Lead for the flea market app "Rakuma," your mission is to maximize overall GMS for the business. You will develop data-driven strategies, manage performance, and drive key initiatives. Specific Responsibilities Business Strategy & Promotion - Analyze performance metrics for Rakuma's overall GMS and various KPIs (gross merchandise sales, number of listings, number of buyers, etc.), identifying business challenges and opportunities - Collaborate with the Marketing Lead to formulate growth strategies for the entire business and key business areas (e.g., Rakuten Economy Circle integration initiatives, category-specific enhancement initiatives) - Work with each marketing group (Acquisition, Retention, Promotion) to optimize, prioritize, and create roadmaps for initiatives based on the overall strategy - Develop the overall business budget and propose/execute measures to maximize marketing ROI Key Initiative Execution - Plan and manage execution of core, critical initiatives for Rakuma - Monitor progress of initiatives across marketing groups, identify challenges to overall goal achievement, and support solution development and implementation Data Analysis & Reporting - Conduct multi-faceted analysis using large-scale data (SQL, Google Analytics, BI tools like Domo) - Dig deeply into "why the numbers are what they are," interpret the business's current state, and identify specific challenges - Report on KPI progress, formulate and execute data-driven solutions and improvement proposals - Rapidly cycle through PDCA to drive continuous business growth and optimization Attractiveness - Contribution to the entire business and autonomy: You'll be involved in a wide range of areas with responsibility and autonomy, from planning to executing marketing strategies for the entire Rakuma business, not limited to specific initiatives. - Experience Strategy Development with the Marketing Lead: Lead performance management, strategy formulation, and key initiative execution for the entire business alongside the Marketing Lead.
