Responsibilities
- Recommend improvements to reduce cost and drive productivity within the department while achieving site specific goals.
- Supervise all phases of warehouse, shipping/receiving, and material movement operations within the facility.

- Solid knowledge in supporting lean flow processes on shop floor

- Additional Skills and Knowledge Needed:
- BS/BA degree in business or related field preferred. High school diploma required.
- Certification in Production and Inventory Management desirable
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the integrated functions of manufacturing
- Understanding of rate-based or flow line (non-MRP) and job shop manufacturing environments.
- Understanding of operations, inventory management, MRP and lean manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of visual management
