Job Description Lead full-cycle management for carbon capture research & engineering projects, track project milestones, supervise deliverables, control budget compliance, and implement all funding guideline requirements. Serve as the core liaison for all internal and external stakeholders, including international academic teams, industrial partners, equipment vendors, and funding authorities, conduct daily cross-team coordination and regular communication. Coordinate multiple parallel work packages under tight schedules, resolve cross-departmental and cross-institutional project issues in a timely manner. Organize project meetings, draft agendas, record meeting minutes, and follow up on all action items to ensure full implementation. Arrange site visits and conduct on-site coordination at industrial facilities as project needs require, support engineering deployment and field test execution. Prepare various formal project documents, progress reports, and funding compliance materials. Manage overall project schedule, monitor work progress, and ensure all tasks are delivered on time within the approved timeline. Carry out routine administrative work of the project, including document sorting, progress filing, data collation, and regular progress summary submission.
