What You'll Do (Impact Areas) IT-Business Partnership & Demand Governance Act as the primary liaison between IT and HR, Legal, and EHS stakeholders. Govern demand intake, prioritization, and value realization with a focus on automation and simplification. Challenge business requirements to eliminate non-value-added activities and manual dependencies. Support business case development aligned to: Productivity gains Risk reduction and compliance Cost optimization Employee experience improvements Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data governance, and security standards. Process Simplification & Intelligent Automation Lead initiatives to simplify, standardize, and digitize core processes across: HR (hire-to-retire, payroll, talent management) Legal (contract lifecycle management, compliance tracking) EHS (incident management, audits, regulatory reporting) Identify and eliminate redundant or fragmented workflows. Drive adoption of: Workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, BPM) RPA and low-code platforms Digital forms and self-service capabilities Promote an "automation-first" mindset across functions. AI & Digital Product Enablement Lead the design and deployment of AI-powered solutions, including: HR chatbots and virtual assistants AI-driven contract analysis and risk detection Predictive analytics for EHS incidents and compliance risks Drive Proof of Concepts (POCs) and scale successful use cases. Collaborate with data science and architecture teams to ensure secure and scalable AI adoption. Partner with Product Owners to deploy digital and AI solutions across LATAM. Data Strategy & Advanced Analytics Define and execute data strategies for HR, Legal, and EHS, including: Data governance and standardization Master data management Data quality and ownership frameworks Enable a hub-and-spoke data architecture for advanced analytics and AI. Promote adoption of data insights including: Workforce analytics Legal risk exposure metrics EHS compliance and performance indicators Position data as a strategic business asset. User Adoption, Change Management & Value Realization Lead change management strategies to drive digital adoption and mindset shifts. Coordinate UAT, go-live readiness, and hypercare support. Define and track value realization metrics such as: Reduction in manual effort Cycle time improvements Automation rate User satisfaction Ensure sustained adoption and optimization of digital solutions. Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement Build strong relationships with HR, Legal, and EHS leadership teams. Act as a trusted advisor in digital transformation initiatives. Enable co-creation of high-impact digital and AI use cases. Bridge global strategies with regional execution needs.
