Responsibilities

  • Process Definition: Define and maintain up-to-date assembly procedures, testing protocols, work instructions, and all related technical documentation.
  • Operational Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs, optimizing workflows and cycle times in collaboration with the Industrial Engineering team.
  • Data Analysis & Problem Solving: Analyze production data and test results to identify the root causes of defects (Root Cause Analysis), implementing necessary corrective actions.
  • Technical Production Support: Provide technical guidance and training to line operators to ensure the correct execution of testing and validation protocols.
  • Quality & Standards: Collaborate on the creation of critical technical documentation (PFMEA, Control Plans) and ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer specifications.
  • Equipment Management: Ensure the availability, calibration, and proper maintenance of test equipment and assembly tools; support the introduction of new technologies and automation solutions.
  • KPI Monitoring: Constantly monitor performance indicators (First Pass Yield, scrap rates, rework, and test coverage) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of operational experience in manufacturing environments, preferably related to industrial assembly and testing.
  • Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, technical drawings, and hydraulic/oleodynamic functions.
  • Quality Tools: Familiarity with tools such as FMEA and SPC.
  • Software: Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo/Pro-E) and MS Office Suite.
  • Languages: Excellent command of the English language.
  • Continuous Improvement: Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.

Our Manufacturing Assembly & Testing department is looking for a new specialist to join the team. The department's core objective is to define, optimize, and monitor assembly and testing processes. In this role, you will ensure that products are assembled and tested according to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety, acting as a technical bridge between R&D/Design and Production.
