The Cigna Group, a Fortune 20 company, is seeking a qualified pilot to join our aviation team. We are headquartered out of Bradley International Airport (KBDL) and are a BASC registered operator that uses SMS and C-FOQA data to steer policy and procedure. We operate two state of-the-art long-range and ultra-long-range, both domestically and international (Europe, Middle East, Asia), on flexible yet not volatile schedule. Responsibilities include: Carry out pre-flight checks of aircraft systems and make sure the aircraft certificates and other paperwork is up to date. Comply with schedules and other directives governing the aircraft operations. Provide customer service and safety to all Cigna executives, employees, and guests. Maintain full knowledge of company Standard Operating Procedures and FAA regulations. Brief all crew members prior to each phase of flight in accordance with Cigna policies. Maintain proficiency/currency/recent flight experience of all required licenses. Maintain increasing level of aviation knowledge and proficiency commensurate with experience. Complete all ancillary duties and reports assigned by the Chief Pilot. Make decisions as necessary to start, delay, or cancel flights and deviate from planned route or destination when operating conditions dictate. Studying weather conditions at destination, en route, alternate airports and departure points and preparing flight plans for domestic and international trips. 2025 average annual quality of life statistical data: 275 flight hours per pilot, 50 RONs per pilot, 8 weekend duty days per pilot.
