Requirements

• Airline Transport Pilot License (ATP) - airplane, multi-engine
• Preferred type ratings: GVII, DA-EASy
• 5000 hours total flight time
• 2000 hours Pilot in Command - multi-engine aircraft
• 600 hours flight time in the previous 36 months
• No accidents/incidents/violations
• First Class medical with EKG
• The ability to lift luggage (50 lbs.) overhead to load the baggage compartment
• Ability to obtain a FAR Part 139 Bradley International Airport security badge
• Criminal History Records Check (CHRC)
• Ability to freely travel between the USA and Canada without restriction
• Meets ICAO Annex 1, Chapter 2, paragraph 2.1.10 for aircraft certificated for two crew members
• If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
• For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 198,600 - 331,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
• This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.

We are headquartered out of Bradley International Airport (KBDL) and are a BASC registered operator that uses SMS and C-FOQA data to steer policy and procedure. We operate two state of-the-art long-range and ultra-long-range, both domestically and international (Europe, Middle East, Asia), on flexible yet not volatile schedule. Responsibilities include: Carry out pre-flight checks of aircraft systems and make sure the aircraft certificates and other paperwork is up to date. Comply with schedules and other directives governing the aircraft operations. Provide customer service and safety to all Cigna executives, employees, and guests. Maintain full knowledge of company Standard Operating Procedures and FAA regulations. Brief all crew members prior to each phase of flight in accordance with Cigna policies. Maintain proficiency/currency/recent flight experience of all required licenses. Maintain increasing level of aviation knowledge and proficiency commensurate with experience. Complete all ancillary duties and reports assigned by the Chief Pilot. Make decisions as necessary to start, delay, or cancel flights and deviate from planned route or destination when operating conditions dictate. Studying weather conditions at destination, en route, alternate airports and departure points and preparing flight plans for domestic and international trips. 2025 average annual quality of life statistical data: 275 flight hours per pilot, 50 RONs per pilot, 8 weekend duty days per pilot.
