About the role

Provide comprehensive adult urologic care, which may include in-office procedures, multi-disciplinary interaction, and resident and medical student interaction. Provide patient/family urologic education, which may include catheter teaching, etc. Provide inpatient rounding as needed. Professional experience in Urology is strongly recommended but not required. Prior experience with Epic is preferred but not required. Job Description: UofL Health - UofL Physicians is seeking an advanced practice provider (i.e., APRN or PA) to support the academic urologists with the University of Louisville School of Medicine's Division of Urology in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This position primarily resides at South Hospital. The appropriate candidate should demonstrate an advanced level of medical and/or nursing knowledge in caring for urologic patients, clinical and technical competency, sound clinical judgment, professionalism in interpersonal and general communication skills, and timely and compliant documentation. This individual will also be responsible for ongoing professional development and competency validation.
