What will you do? We're hiring a Senior Solution Architect to drive enterprise customer launches, working hands-on with high-volume shippers (>10K packages) to design, implement, and optimize complex integrations with Amazon Shipping. You'll be the technical expert who enables both pre-sales opportunities and post-sales implementation, partnering closely with commercial teams to win enterprise deals and then ensuring flawless technical execution. This role requires deep technical expertise combined with exceptional customer advisory skills. Pre-Sales Technical Enablement - Partner with commercial teams on enterprise deals, providing technical validation and solution design. - Present integration strategies to customer IT leadership and run feasibility assessments.
