We are seeking a detail-oriented and ambitious People Operations Generalist to join our team! At Applied Intuition, you will: Lead the development, enhancement, and management of People data and reporting, making sure we have accurate and actionable insights for decision-making Optimize People systems and workflows across Rippling, Carta, Greenhouse, JIRA, PAVE, and more Own and manage our rotation and mobility program, shaping strategy, policies, and process improvements while addressing employee inquiries Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Point of contact for employee questions and matters related to rotations, benefits, leaves of absence, and timeoff Generate comprehensive reporting and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making Other People or general operations responsibilities as required by the People team on an ad-hoc basis We're looking for someone who has: 3+ years of practical experience experience in a People or HR-related role Detail-oriented and data-driven mindset Intuition and ability to identify potential areas of improvement in our operational cadence Proactivity in problem-solving - you don't just spot gaps; you fill them
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in high-growth technology companies, particularly in automotive or autonomous vehicle industries
- Direct involvement in scaling startups from early-stage to larger organizational structures.
- Experience with HRIS systems, people analytics tools, and large datasets
