Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 4-6 years of experience.
• CPA or progress toward CPA.
• Experience supporting complex accounting engagements.

Job Responsibilities Participates in transaction accounting engagements supporting financial reporting and deal execution. Reviews accounting analyses and supporting schedules prepared by junior team members. Assists in preparation of technical memos and client deliverables. Applies intermediate accounting knowledge to transaction-related issues. Supports coaching and development of associates and senior associates.
