About the role

We're looking for a creative, digitally-savvy Marketing Executive to join our in-house marketing team. This isn't a traditional marketing role, it's built for someone who thinks in content, communicates through video, and understands how great storytelling drives real business results. You'll take ownership of content across our agency brand and key personal brand accounts we manage, with video and social media at the heart of everything you do. Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Social Media
  • Manage and grow social media channels for the agency and personal brand accounts, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop monthly content calendars aligned to campaign goals, brand voice, and audience insights.
  • Track content performance metrics and translate data into actionable improvements for future content.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats to keep our channels competitive.
  • Video Production & Editing
  • Plan, shoot, edit, and deliver video content across Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, paid advertisements, and brand campaigns.
  • Develop shot lists, visual treatments, and storytelling concepts from briefs or from scratch.
  • Handle end-to-end production: filming, editing, colour grading, sound sync, captioning, and final delivery.
  • Cover agency events, client testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, and advertising creatives.
  • Campaign & Creative Support
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to bring scripts, briefs, and campaign objectives to life through compelling visuals.
  • Support the production of content for three personal brand accounts managed by the agency.
  • Contribute to paid social creative testing by producing multiple content variations for A/B performance analysis.
  • Proactively pitch content ideas, creative concepts, and format experiments to the team.
  • Broader Marketing Support
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across email, organic social, and paid channels.
  • Assist with copywriting for social captions, newsletters, internal communications, and basic marketing collateral.
  • Help coordinate agency events, webinars, and marketing activations, including logistics, promotional content, and post-event wrap-ups.
  • Contribute to basic graphic design tasks using tools such as Canva or Adobe Express for static social posts, banners, and presentation assets.
  • Support campaign reporting by compiling performance data from platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and TikTok Insights into digestible summaries.
  • Assist with influencer and partnership outreach. Drafting briefs, coordinating deliverables, and tracking campaign performance.
  • Take on ad hoc marketing projects and cross-functional tasks as directed by the Marketing Manager or CSO.

Requirements

  • Marketing & Content
  • Understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and what makes content perform.
  • Ability to write captions, scripts, and basic copy that complement visual content.
  • Comfortable using social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g. Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite).
  • An eye for trends, you know what's working on TikTok this week, not last month.
  • Video & Production
  • Strong video shooting and editing skills with a portfolio to back it up (personal projects, school work, and passion projects all count).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
  • Comfortable operating DSLR, mirrorless, or similar camera systems.
  • Working knowledge of colour grading, audio syncing, and post-production workflows.
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn AI-powered creative tools such as Higgsfield, Google Veo/Omni, and other emerging technologies.
  • A natural storyteller who leads with creativity and backs it up with execution.
  • Self-driven and able to juggle multiple projects without losing quality or missing deadlines.
  • Comfortable sharing ideas, pushing back constructively, and taking full ownership from concept to delivery.
  • Genuinely excited about marketing, content, and the role video plays in building brands online.

  • Reporting Structure
  • Reports operationally to the Marketing Manager.
