This is a leadership role within a therapeutic education setting, offering the opportunity to shape service delivery, mentor junior clinicians, and maintain a hands-on clinical caseload. What will your responsibilities be? Lead the delivery of high-quality OT services across the school Supervise and support junior therapists Conduct complex assessments and develop advanced intervention plans Collaborate with senior education and care staff Represent OT in multi-agency meetings and contribute to EHCP reviews Drive service development and uphold clinical standards
