Drive sales performance by promoting and cross-selling a broad range of consumer banking and investment solutions, including insurance, structured deposits, unit trusts, and related products. Build and strengthen relationships with both new and existing customers through consistent engagement and quality service. Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and integrity by following proper advisory practices, ensuring thorough documentation, and complying with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Leverage multiple channels, including branch networks, tele-consulting, and customer referrals, to achieve and exceed individual sales objectives. Skills, Experience & Requirements Minimum a recognized degree/diploma in a relevant field Able to perform well in a fast-paced environment with a strong interest in building a successful career in wealth management. Resourceful and capable of managing responsibilities independently with minimal supervision. Willing to accommodate flexible working arrangements and extended working hours when required. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a proactive attitude and strong motivation to succeed.
