Job Description Bring your Sr Leadership of Environmental, Health & Safety to help us improve our EHS strategies and performance to a new level, demonstrating your experience in a new and improved way of thinking. Your proactive EHS attitude and behaviors will make a stronger safety culture, occupational health and environmental stewardship across all departments, enabling safe and sustainable operations. Core Responsibilities Define and lead the LOM EHS vision, mid and long-term strategy, objectives, and multi-year roadmap, aligned with global and operations priorities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate safety culture and performance across all departments, ensuring alignment with global standards. Establish and maintain the EHS governance framework, including policies, standards, management systems, assurance, and reporting processes. Act as the EHS Partner to executive leadership, influencing strategic decisions, investments, and operations changes. Ensure effective LOM EHS risk management, including high-risk activities, process safety, and environmental risks. Ensure effective incident management (global and local), crisis response governance, and systemic corrective actions. Lessons learned must feed preventive improvements in risk management. Lead, develop, and structure the EHS organization across departments and buildings, including talent development, succession planning, and resourcing. Drive LOM EHS culture and leadership accountability, embedding EHS ownership within line management. Build positive relationships with operations leaders and employees to promote a culture of safety, ownership, and team. Ensure compliance with global and local EHS legal requirements, permits, and internal standards; proactively addressing risks and requirement changes. Serve as the primary interface with regulators and external partners. Oversee environmental sustainability and ESG programs, including emissions, waste, water, energy, and climate-related initiatives. Define and supervise LOM EHS KPIs, performance dashboards, trends, and reporting to executive leadership, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making. Provide EHS leadership for major capital projects, ensuring EHS risks are identified and handled throughout the business lifecycle. Are you up for the challenge? Experience as Sr. Manager, Regional Manager, Head of EHS. Proven experience leading multi-site or regional EHS operations. Proven record leading EHS programs and governance. Incident management and regulatory interactions. Cultural transformation and leadership accountability. Deep knowledge of EHS requirements in Mexico (STPS, etc.) Risk management and hazard controls. Process safety (where applicable). Environmental permitting and compliance. Experience with EHS management systems (ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 or equivalent). Demonstrated ability to influence executive leadership and operate at senior management level. Ability to balance risk, compliance, and business performance.
