Responsibilities
- Oversee project intake, resource planning, timelines, and workflow management across creative, marketing, brand, digital, product, and commercial teams.
- Manage project schedules, priorities, and deliverables to ensure work is completed on time and aligned with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders, providing visibility into project status, risks, dependencies, and resource needs.
- Help implement scalable processes and systems that improve efficiency and enable the creative team to deliver best-in-class work.
- Support resource allocation and capacity planning to optimize team productivity and workload balance.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, collaboration, and operational excellence within the creative organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably supporting in-house creative, marketing, brand, or agency teams.
- Strong proficiency with Asana and/or similar project management platforms (Monday.com, Wrike, Workfront, Jira, Smartsheet, etc.).
- Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to build and implement processes that improve team efficiency and project execution.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and navigate competing priorities.
- Preferred
- Experience supporting global marketing or creative organizations.
- Knowledge of creative production workflows across print, digital, social, video, and web.
- PMP certification or formal project management training.
- Experience with resource planning and creative capacity management.
- Background in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, consumer goods, or related industries.
- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, via video conference, and through written communication.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment up to 15 lbs. on an occasional basis.
