People and Culture Associate

About the role

We're looking for a People & Culture Associate to join our growing People team and help us scale thoughtfully. This is a hands-on, high-impact role spanning employee experience, events, operations, and people analytics. You'll partner closely with our Head of People & Culture to build a culture people are proud of, keep our operations running seamlessly, and use data to make smarter people decisions. This role will report directly to our Head of People and Culture. We work together Monday through Thursday for fast, iterative collaboration and optional WFH Fridays to reset and recharge.
