Job Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the team Update and maintain case trackers, investigation records, and relevant registers Monitor investigation timelines and follow up on overdue or outstanding cases Coordinate with internal business units to track account closure status and case progress Prepare weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for management reporting Compile statistics, data summaries, and presentation materials for senior management Ensure proper tracking and documentation of investigation cases Escalate delayed cases and follow up with relevant stakeholders where necessary Support preparation of management reports and presentation slides Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by Team Lead
