[L6-2] Senior Product Manager II (Retail Product)

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a selection identification strategy that combines competitor benchmarking, customer signals (internal and external), and market intelligence to help prioritize selection expansion to maximize business growth and customer experience.
• Partner with Retail business team to identify current selection gaps and streamline the process of identification and sourcing with speed.
• Partner with AI/ML engineers to build scalable solutions for selection expansion with high speed and accuracy.
• Build the product vision and roadmap for a best-in-class selection intelligence solution that brings together cross functional teams to execute on selection expansion end-to-end, and provides comprehensive views on focus areas and progress to stakeholders.
• Own the performance metrics and OKRs for selection identification and expansion domains, managing trade-offs and establishing decision making frameworks.
• Basic Qualification
• 10+ years of experience in product management, with proven results in developing and executing on a strong product vision
• Analytical thinker who works well in a fast-paced, data-driven and highly ambiguous entrepreneurial culture
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
• Bias for action and willingness to get your hands dirty to get the job done
• Sound business judgment and proven ability to effectively communicate and influence others
• Superior verbal and written communications skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience
• Preferred Qualification
• Experience in product management or consulting is a plus
• Previous e-commerce experience or experience in selection identification and/or sourcing domains
• Experience working in international environments and globally distributed teams
• Fluency in English and Korean preferred, but not required.
• AI/ML experience with hands-on programming skills such as Python or SQL
