About the role

Install/Buy-off new machine.Maintain and repair machines to achieve good machine performance to support production 购买安装新机器，维护修理机器，让机器保持良好状态，支持生产

Responsibilities

• 1.Finish the machine in-house setup for production use such as handler/vision/tester file
• 完成产线机器的设置，比如分选机生产文件、光检系统生产文件以及测试机生产文件
• 2.Perform PM&CAL (take apart and assemble every module) following standard procedure independently; prepare PM&CAL standard procedure under mentor's guide
• 能够根据标准流程独立地完成PM&CAL（拆解以及装配每个模块），能够在导师的的指导下准备标准PM&CAL流程
• 3.Finish all type of handler conversions of working area independently
• 能够独立完成所负责分选机的各种生产能力之间的转换
• 4.Study machine performance and reliability, puts forward simple OFI of machine
• 研究机器的运行状态及可靠性，能够提出简单的OFI
• 5.Provide machine technical support to production line
• 为产线提供设备相关技术支持
• 6.Support special requirement of production or engineer
• 支持产线或者工程师的特殊要求
• 7.Dispose production lot hold to EM group
• 处理扣留给EM部门的产品
• 8.Use Office software to summarize the raw data masterly
• 熟练运用Office办公软件来总结原始数据

Requirements

• 1.Associate or above degree, majoring in Electronics or Mechanics is preferred.
• 大专及以上学历，机械或电子类相关专业优先
• 2.Maintenance technician/Fundamentals of Programming engineer background;
• 有设备维护和编程基础的经验者优先；
• 3.Good team work and computer skills;
• 良好的团队合作以及电脑技能
• 4.Good English in writing/reading;
• 英语读写良好
• 5.Good communication skills and problem solving skil
• 良好的沟通技能及解决问题的能力
