About the role
We are hiring a Partnerships & Operations Analyst to our New Ventures team in São Paulo! This role is to join the Italian B2B team, responsible for managing a key portfolio of our largest potential clients. As a B2B Sales Manager, you will be expected to bring in significant new business to Wellhub, managing complex negotiations as well as supporting other members of the team with their accounts. The position will work closely with the team leaders to refine and improve business development strategy in Italy and strengthen our approach. Responsibilities
- Execute and support the operational management of a digital channel: content updates, partner link governance, discount validation, and configuration management across platforms.
- Build and maintain weekly performance dashboards tracking key metrics (traffic, conversion, revenue per partner) across multiple affiliate and distribution channels, surfacing actionable insights proactively.
- Support commercial negotiations by preparing partner briefings, competitive price analyses, meeting summaries, and follow-up communications in both Portuguese and English.
- Manage the day-to-day communication cadence with external brand partners in BR and US, including outreach, status updates, and introduction coordination.
- Monitor task dependencies with Legal, Engineering, and Marketing within their scope, flag obstacles and timeline risks to their direct leader promptly, and keep relevant parties informed of status updates
- Use AI tools (Claude, Gemini, or equivalent) daily for task automation, reporting, and documentation, with an expectation of active agents and structured workflows, not one-off prompts.
- Maintain and update live program documentation, capturing decisions, partner statuses, and lessons learned with consistency and rigor.

Requirements
- Reside in São Paulo.
- Availability to go to the office when required.
- Previous experience in commercial operations, e-commerce, digital partnerships, or affiliate marketing.
- Takes ownership of assigned tasks and manages workload responsibly without needing to be micromanaged.
- Data-driven in practice: you build your own reports, identify anomalies before being asked, and communicate findings in clear business language, not raw numbers.
- A strong communicator in both Portuguese and English, capable of managing external partner relationships professionally and contributing constructively to cross-functional team discussions.
- Open to feedback and proactive about your own development: you incorporate suggestions quickly, seek out resources independently, and update documentation without being prompted.
- An active daily user of generative AI tools for operational efficiency.
- Adaptable to changing priorities: you adjust flexibly to shifting tasks, flag obstacles to your leader early, and participate actively in finding solutions.
