Job Description: This role is responsible for developing and implementing the strategy and business plan for Modern Trade in order to support the transformation of the pillar business model ensuring the business growth trajectory, mutually profitable relationship with customers, aligned with our strategic plan to grow the category and Vision 2030. In addition to this, giving regular updates and perspective to all management team members about Turkish market, players, shopper & customer habits and play active role defining long-term business strategy for Mars Turkey. Key Functional Responsibilities: Develop and implement long-term and short-term Mars Turkey business strategy Lead the MT marketing activation plans in accordance with strategy to ensure achievement of growth targets Grow market share within MT channels by developing marketing plans and programs for Mars product portfolio. Develop pricing strategies balancing company objectives and customer satisfaction to ensure correct product positioning and product profitability Manage product portfolio to ensure that the final portfolio truly reflects the business strategy in MT channels and is closely tied to market needs and company objectives. Identify current and future needs; generate powerful consumer insights to drive brand plans that contribute to achievement of business targets and lead to profitable business growth. Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-term issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives. Identify and develop strategies for increasing brand awareness with targeted clients. Constantly monitor performance of ranges and efficiency of activities and provide feedback and conclusions to internal stakeholders to be certain that the achievement of business objectives are within set KPIs and designated budgets. Establish effective communication with key accounts to drive successful partnership. Provide short- and long-term market potential predictions and reports through market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data. Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances, and initiating corrective actions. Key Leadership Responsibilities: Responsible to lead, develop, engage and motivate a high performance team through excellent leadership, in order to ensure a perfect execution of the plan, Build a high performance team to ensure targets are achieved, all associates are highly engaged as well as develop a strong talent pipeline through effective leadership.
