About the role

As an HR Digital Support Coordinator at Essity, you will be the first point of contact for HR system-related queries and issues raised by employees, managers, and HR staff. Requirements

  • Studies in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Experience in ticketing systems and HR administration or service sector roles.
  • Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and eagerness to learn and become a trusted go-to person.
  • Intermediate level of English, you must be able to communicate within email, chat, calls, etc.
