As an intern / working student Scrum Master (d/m/w/x), you support the maintenance and visualization of boards in tools such as Jira or Confluence and ensure transparency in the workflow. You also contribute to identifying process optimizations and support teams in constructive collaboration. You accompany and facilitate agile meetings such as daily stand-ups, plannings, reviews, and retrospectives. In addition, you help establish agile values and methods such as Scrum or Kanban in day‑to‑day work. Creative workshops, icebreaker sessions, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams are also part of your responsibilities. Your profile? Ready to get started?
