Examples of specialized experience would typically include, but are not limited to: Collecting, compiling, and tracking data/ information to generate reports and correspondence; Ordering and tracking inventory of office supplies/materials; Reviewing correspondence for accuracy and completeness; Working with different software applications to do word processing, work orders, office automation, and purchase card reconciliations; Tracks and reports project progress and prepares and maintains cost estimates and documentation for procurement; Communicating with customers to gather information and/or present information.
