Reporting to the Managing Director of Academics, the Network Director of Curriculum and Instruction: STEM is responsible for developing, codifying, and supporting the implementation of a rigorous, vertically aligned K-12th Grade STEM curriculum. The Network Director of STEM collaborates closely with school-based leaders to design and facilitate high-quality professional development and coaching, ensure strong implementation of the STEM curriculum, and make strategic adjustments to curriculum and teaching in response to student data. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of innovative best practices for STEM teaching and learning in grades K-12, experience fostering adult learning through high quality professional development and coaching, and strong data utilization and strategic thinking skills.
